For example, the free trial version of TuneFab Apple Music Converter only allows you to convert 3 minutes of each file while the registered version will let you convert the whole song completely. If you want to enjoy all the features of our product, please go get the full version.

1. How long will it take to receive my registration code?
When the purchase is done, you will receive an email from us within 30 minutes. In that email, you will find the detailed order information and your activation code. If you have not received the email from us for 24 hours, please contact our support team via email.
2. What can I do if I don't receive the registration code after the purchase?
First, when the payment is done, you will receive the order email and activation code from us. The activation code will be included in the email attachment file named key.htm. So please download the key.htm file and open it, you will find your activation code there. If you have not receive an email from us, please check that if you have entered a correct email address for purchasing the software. Normally, the order email and the activation code will be sent to your licensed email directly.
Second, please check your spam folder in your email.

3. What does the error message "FAILED [903] Invalid Parameter" mean?

4. I got an "Unknown Error" during the activation, how to solve it?
The unknown error shows up because the activation code and the program you are trying to register is not matched. Please check if you have purchased the correct product and installed the right product from TuneFab.
5. I can't activate. It says: "[901] Invalid parameter - no check" after I click Activate. What can I do?
If you get the [901] Invalid Parameter error code, please contact us via email. We will show you how to activate the software offline.
6. When activating the software, it says "Failed [905] Number of activation using this activation code has been exceeded". Why?
If you get the [905] Invalid Parameter error code, it means that you have activated the software on more than one computer. Usually, a single license code can be activated for only one time. So, if you have reformatted your computer or changed to a new computer, then you won't be able to use the same activation code to re-register the software. But we can offer you a new activation code for free. Please contact us via email and send us your receipt.
7. Can I use the activation code on multiple computers?
If you have purchased the family license code, then you will be able to use the activation code on 2-5 computer. However, if you are using the single license code, then you can only use the activation code on one PC.
8. Can I transfer the activation code from old PC to the new one?
No. You cannot transfer the activation code from one PC to another if it has already been registered before.
9. Can I deactivate my activation code and reactivate it on another computer?

10. Can I use my Windows activation code on my Mac?
